Using GRYP

Place GRYP flat in your palm with the textured side facing the bar. Wrap your fingers around the bar — GRYP molds between your hand and the bar, locking in your grip.

After your session

Wipe GRYP down with a gym wipe or rinse under warm water. Air dry before storing.

Deep clean

Use mild soap and warm water. Skip the bleach, harsh chemicals, and dishwasher.
